When you have completely reviewed your order, click on the "Checkout" button on the Website to place your order and then choose the payment method. You should carefully check all details before placing your order through the website. Upon entering your order, you will receive an automated e-mail, which will provide you with all necessary information regarding your order. We need 1-5 working days to proccess your order. After your order has been processed and dispatched by AgSquare you will receive a second confirmation e-mail, containing useful information regarding dispatch, delivery and confirmation of your order. In case any pending issues should arise, you will be duly informed with a relevant e-mail or by telephone. This service may not be disabled, in order to ensure the smoothness and accuracy of your transaction. To this end, we highly recommend that you promptly inform us of any changes regarding your contact information while your order is still pending.

AgSquare reserves the right to cancel any orders due to circumstances such as no availability or elimination of a product. 

 

 

7. Prices

 

 All prices shown on the product pages of the website include VAT.24%. AgSquare reserves the right to modify the price of their products at any time without prior notice. The pricing policy of our company is the same at all sales points (shop and online store).AgSquare may modify the price of a product depending on its natural characteristics such as size. While AgSquare will use reasonable endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information it places on the website, it makes no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to the accuracy, reliability and completeness of such information. Despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on the site may be incorrectly priced. Shipping cost is an extra cost which depends on your order and geographical location. Clearance of the products is an extra cost, such as taxes and import duties which are charged to the recipient. The prices of the products do not include such extra costs.

1. Cash on Delivery

If your order is up to the amount of 500 euros and the delivery is in Greece, you can choose the cash on delivery method of payment where you have to make the payment at the time and place that the order is delivered. The cost is estimated depending on the value of the product of your choice and your residence.

3. Credit Card

Our cooperation with Stripe, a pioneer in the field of secure electronic transactions, guarantees the credibility and security of your purchases. Card data is not stored anywhere and it is not released to any third party. AgSquare does not collect or store your card data whatsoever. For this reason you need to re-enter your card data every time you purchase products from our online store.

 

4. PayPal

When choosing payment through Paypal you will be forwarded to Paypal webpage (secure online transaction system) where you can pay either with your credit/debit card or through your Paypal account. The process of payment through PayPal is fully automated. During this process any personal information (including credit card number) is not stored in the system of AgSquare.

10. Reservation of Title

 

The object of purchase remains property of AgSquare until completion of payment. Before transfer of property the object of purchase may not become subject to bailment, cession by security, processing or alteration without explicit consent of AgSquare.

 

 

11. Refund / Cancellation Policy

 

1. The Buyer has the right (article 4, par. 10 L. 2251/1994) to return products purchased, without penalty and without justification, by contacting AgSquare e-shop customer service strictly within 14 days from the date of receipt of products. The customer service will send you the withdrawal form which you should complete with your personal data and send it back via email at  . In this case you only charge the direct cost of returning goods and the cost of sending the original to you. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return in the same condition as received, i.e. without having unsealed or has violated the packaging and certainly not used, along with the invoice. In case of refund and depending on how you choose to pay for your order and the way to prepare the return, the refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment.

 

2. Customers may return and exchange a product purchased on the website only if the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy. You may exchange the products strictly within 30 days. If the returned product is less expensive than the

exchanged item, the customer as applicable, will be charged the difference in price. If the exchanged item is less expensive than the returned product, AgSquare will not return any difference in price and the customer should order as many products as to fulfil the initial price of the order. You can only once exchange or return an item.

 For the avoidance of your own suffering, it is advisable to check carefully the time of delivery of your order on the condition of the products and their packaging intact, in order to detect any obvious defects, such as damaged goods.  Products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. AgSquare will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. In both cases of return or exchange of products you should contact us.

 

3. The Products are regarded defective when they do not possess the agreed properties, are worn down, are partially consumed.

 

4. Products are not regarded as defective if the Buyer ordered them by mistake, nor Products that are worn down during the opening of the packaging by the Buyer and in general due to the Buyer’s, intentional or not, actions or omissions.

 

5. The Buyer reserves the right to ask the replacement of the Products that are deemed defective, according to an objective and fair estimation, or a reduction of their price of purchase depending on the severity of the defect, or compensation

 

 

12. Warranty / Defective or Faulty goods

 

1. Seller warrants that Goods sold hereunder meet their descriptions or specifications, subject to use, storage and application thereof in accordance with and based on Seller's standard tolerances, instructions of use and recommendations.

 

2. When contacting us regarding a return of defective or faulty goods you must provide a clear photograph/s of the fault within an email describing the fault. You cannot return or exchange any item that has been damaged by you through misuse, dropping and scratching, damage caused by wearing or any other fault beyond normal wear. Normal wear and tear is not considered damaged.

 

 

13. Final Provisions

 

1. The Contract is given to the Buyers “as is”. The declaration of will of the Buyer to the Seller through which the present Contract is accepted, constitutes of the browsing procedure as such and of the purchasing procedure. Partial acceptance or acceptance with reservation of the Contract is ruled out.

 

2. Refusal of acceptance of the Contract entails the Buyers’ obligation to stop any use of it (browsing – navigating) and not to submit any order to conclude a contract of sales.

 

3. Any dispute that shall accrue from the execution of the present Contract Terms regarding the usage of the E-Shop it is agreed from today that shall be solved amicable through the constitution of mediation, according to Law 3898/ 2010 (OGG – Official Government Gazette Α’ 211/16.12.2010): “Mediation In Civil and Commercial Disputes”, as amended until today (OGG – Official Government Gazette Α’ 237/5.12.2012). At the case that the above procedure fails, the Courts of Athens shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to rule and resolve the dispute.

 

4. In the case that one or more of the provisions of the present are found null, then this nullity is valid only for these provisions and not for the Contract in total.

 

5. The contracting parties agree that the present Contract is in force and covers all issues that regulates from Dec 27, 2018 onwards, while it abolishes and prevails over any previous one in the future.
